The first one is split up in chapters with isolated pawns, isolated pawn couples and hanging pawns, passed pawns, doubled pawns, backward pawns, pawn-chains and pawn islands, providing a lot of good games to learn from. Dynamic is split up in chapters with the open centre, closed centre, pawn majorities and minoritiy attacks and dynamic centre. Another related book is Pawn Structure Chess by Soltis. This book is more about planning is the different structures that you see in different openings.
